These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Reinheit Landscaping and Maintenance (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) concerning your access to and use of the https://www.reinheitlm.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). Please read these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (“Terms”) carefully before using our website. BY ACCESSING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

 

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a binding agreement. Users must be at least 18, or have parental consent if younger. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

If you post comments, reviews, or feedback (“Contributions”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use and display them. You represent you own or control rights to your Contributions. We may remove inappropriate content at our discretion.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules in Provo, Utah. Class actions are waived.

 

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and the Company. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
